URGENT NOTICE DUE TO EXTREME DEMAND FOR THE TRAVEL CLINIC WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ANY PATIENTS WHO ARE TRAVELLING AT SHORT NOTICE IE WITHIN THE NEXT SIX WEEKS. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.

If you are going abroad please contact us 12 weeks prior to your date of departure to allow yourself plenty of time. You do not have to make an appointment with the Doctor for this.
We will ask you to fill in a travel questionnaire and contact you with an appointment time. Patients will be seen at our main practice at Maryhill Health Centre.
If you are attending University Health for any other vaccinations please bring a written record of this to your appointment.

Travel Vaccine Costs for 2009:
Hepatitis B - £25.00 per dose (charge may apply)
Rabies - £40.00 per dose
Men ACWY - £35.00
Hep B and Rabies Vaccines x 3 doses in courses.
Private Prescription required for Malarone, Mefloquine and Doxycycline.
Chloroquine and Proguanil bought over the counter at pharmacy.
Payment for vaccines will be required at each visit (cash only). Sorry but we are unable to make reductions or waive fees for Charity volunteers.
